How does the free month work?
Your first month of Pro is free, once per person. You add a card at checkout and aren't charged until the month is up — cancel before then and you pay nothing. In the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps the same trial runs through Apple.
I don't own an iPhone or a Mac — can I still pay?
Yes. In the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps Pro will be billed through Apple, and here on the web through its own checkout — no Apple ID required. Either way it's one subscription that works everywhere you sign in.
Do I need an account for Free?
On iPhone, iPad and Mac, no — Free is local-only by design, there's nothing to sign up for, and nothing about your trades leaves your device. On the web, yes: a browser journal has to live somewhere, so it lives in your account, still free.
What happens to my trades if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every trade, on every device that has it — you just stop syncing new ones, and Insights and the weekly review pause until you're back.
Can I move from another journal?
Yes. Import a closed-trades CSV from Bitunix, Binance, Bybit, MEXC, BloFin, KuCoin, MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, NinjaTrader or Tradovate, or any other closed-trades file. And export your data anytime, on Free, as a JSON backup or a trades-only CSV.
